how can i get banned if player say mean things to me

I got a 2 week ban because I said things to player but they say things to me to but they don't get banned for an example

someone is making you out for a dumb idiot then you say something back and you get banned why doesn't he get banned then?

Xbox ban

So i got banned from sending messages, accessing parties and playing mypark in NBA 2K17 because i sent a mean inappropiete message to a player. Its been three days now and i want to know if im gonna be unbanned so i can acces these things and if so for how
long will i be banned?

umm how do you know if he got banned or not?

You do realize regardless of who starts the fight it is only your actions that affects your suspension right?

And no they won't tell you what actions they took against the other player

You aren't allowed to retaliate on anyway that violates the terms of use

You can file a case review at Enforcement

But since you already admitted.you violated the terms of use its a moot point

Nor.does he started it null your.punishment

Same thing has happened to me. Apparently some players have reported me for unexplainable reasons. meaning, xbox just banned me because of some salty players i beat fairly. How's this even allowed? Where is the courtesy to at least let a human review an
account before suspension?

as for my penalty on my account I been with xbox fan an player for over 12 years an this year , has been not the greatest experince due to so many trolling players online , which for many reasons spam my account with negative feed back ( reported ) for example
being ok good team player dominate player , they team kill me harrass me report me an I get suspended or say a comp ban , I did lots of research online searhing up how to get ban an youtube there many people telling veiwers how to get players suspended and
such , I'm not going to say I was the good player at times I have sent or said things in return but its that bad I had to set my account to play offline so player cant view my page or more hoping it will.

I know how you feel, i got banned and didnt have a mic??????????? This reporting system is fgtrfdeerg if you know what i mean. xb should really get sorted as i am getting angry for getting banned for beating players and getting banned, and then the case
review is not done as quick as the ban?????? WHY!!!!!!!!

How do you know that he is banned too?

The only thing that the players has to do is do not answer the "kid" and ban him.

He will be banned soon.

He will get the ban too that how it works!
