how can i get banned for abuse when i have a communications ban inplace

seriously I'm really getting fed up with this pathetic ban system thats in place I already have a communication ban in place for practically nothing and now I receive a message saying my account is banned from signing in to xbox live for abusive messages
well how the hell can I participate in abusive messages when I cant even message anyone as I have a communications ban already in place this is absolutely pathetic I want some answers please as I'm being banned for doing something that's impossible for me
to do

this system is totally and utterly pathetic

how can I be banned for abusive messages when I cant message or speak to anyone please tell me how that's possible?????

Enforcement

I just recently been communication banned (enforced on the 19th) in which I understand, I'm toxic. But now (today) I got a multiplayer ban for Harassment Abuse & Threat. I really don't understand why I got that ban when I am not even able to communicate
with anyone over Xbox Live. Seriously, how am I gonna get a ban for that when TWO DAYS EARLIER I WAS COMMUNICATION BANNED?????

 

Banned Twice Forever

So I'm banned on my main account Unknown Present for communication what I understand so I get banned for 2 weeks then a couple of days later I get banned for abuse and Threats. How can this be possible when I can't send messages because of my ban and I never
abused or threatened anyone and now I'm banned for 9999 years can anyone fix this error or help me please because I cant use my account.

Calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums,which includes posting images containing other peoples gamertags.

If you did not respond to that message then that was not the offences you were suspended for.

Your suspensions could of been for something you did weeks or even months ago.

No one here can tell you when the offences took place as the enforcement team do no use the forums.

You would need to go to the enforcement site here

Your 2nd suspension would be for a separate offence that happened before your first suspension was issued.

 

firstly I never knew posting pictures with gamer tags wasn't allowed!

Secondly obviously I wasn't banned for responding because I never responded as i said and have showed he said he was going to post something on the forum and get everyone to report me and he was going to report me also and for me to enjoy my ban and within
2 hours I was banned so what he said actually happened all I did was report him for sending me like 10 messages calling me a cheat!

So unless it's the biggest coincidence I've ever experienced in my life

But just after someone telling you to enjoy your ban as there going to get multiple people to report you and report you themselves for glitching (which is total nonsense ) and within an hour or 2 you literally are banned

I find it highly unlikely that it was a coincidence and he actually got me banned literally for beating him on a game he sent me multiple messages calling me a cheat and telling me he's uploading to the forum and hopes everyone reports me and then I'm banned
what an absolute joke

this literally is worst system in place I've ever experienced

this reporting and banning system just seems like a money spinner to me Its pathetic!
