How can I get back old messages ?

Hi everyone, I have a problem

I've bought the Gears of War 4 ultimate editions, so basically the trilogy of Gears was included in a code that I had to put in my xbox, but unfortunatly I forgot to write it down and everything is lost now because too much time have passed I think, there's
no way to find it for me....

Can someone help me ?

How can i get my older Acount back?

I uninstalled GData, becaus GData blocked my connection to the Multiplayer. Then I istalled Avira and I can play the multiplayer,

but it asked me something, wich Account I want the newer from the 23.6.17 or the older from the 23.6.17. I taked the newer and now all my progress is gone. Can you help me please.

Get old messages sent by Microsoft on Xbox One

Hello,

Is there a way to get back the old messages that Microsoft occasionally sends us on Xbox One?

Let's say they send us a message for a promotion and the message is deleted after a while, how can we get it back?

Thanks for coming to the Xbox Forums. As of the
new update, you will not be able to change a gamer tag back to over 12 characters long. There would be no way of getting the old one back. Even support are unable to change a gamer tag. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience.

As there is nothing we can do here on the forums. I will be locking this thread.

My profile- customize profile- then the name will appear for you to chang

You should be able to change it back by going into your profile and selecting customize profile->click on your gammer tag-> enter in your new one and if its not taken by too many people you should be able to get it back unfortunately you will have to pay
10 dollars to change it because you only get one free name change
