How can I get back my Forza Horizon 5 progress

I played fh5 on my old laptop and had a ton of cars, money, exp, etc.

Recently, I got a new laptop, but when I launched Forza Horizon 5 and signed in with my Xbox live account, there was no sync process message, I was sent directly to the tutorial, which I finished and still haven't got my progress. Fh5 is not currently installed on the old one, but I haven't wiped the laptop yet. When I enter the Xbox app, my progress shows, my play time, all the achievements, but in game I haven't got anything.

Is there a way to pass on the progress from my old laptop to my new one?

Just for clarity, were you playing through the Xbox app on your old laptop as well?

Hello Josef, I have installed Forza Horizon 5 on my old laptop and have all of my progress there. I am logged in with the same xbox account on both computers, and the only instruction in the article that fits in with my problem is contact support, which is what I'm doing right now, or do I have to send a help request elsewhere?

This can be a bit dumb, but make sure that you're signed in with the correct account on both Xbox app and Forza Horizon

If that's the case and if you don't mind. Please try downloading the game on the old laptop and verify if you start from the scratch there.

It is the steam version on both computers, when you enter the game it asks for an xbox account
