Hello, I bought a XBOX game because of the wrong operation, because I don't know what to buy is direct fee, I wanted to buy a win10 game, because I only play PC without XBOX host, but because of direct deduction led me to buy a game package, but there is

You can fill out a refund request form, or you would need to contact
support and speak to billing.

You can buy pre-paid subscription cards at most local retailers however if you have any expired billing info listed on your MS account it may throw an error when you try to enter the code.

email the problem now its telling me im on subscription on the MS website but on my xbox its telling me to subscrbe i try to renew but it says here its past to date then i check it its on sept 1 (thursday) it will expire

You can Try to delete account on console and re-add it again . (settings -> all settings -> delete account).

second solution is to change your Microsoft password . make sure you dont have 2step verification it causes many problems.

Minecraft Realms are typically not eligible for a refund unless there is an unsolvable fault. It is a subscriptions service, you agreed to recurring payments when signing up for it. If it says you can't cancel the subscription, that means you aren't eligible for a refund in this instance.

When you cancelled, it should have given the option to cancel and refund. If you didn't choose that, you'll need to contact support and speak to billing. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
