    How can I get a refund on a game I purchased for pc by mistake?


    I got the Master chief Collection for two of my friends digitally through the Xbox PC app and I am afraid I sent them both PC versions when I had intended to send them Xbox versions digitally. Is there anyway I can exchange them or get a refund being they can't download the game?

    Also, are you sure the game is not the PC version?

    Plenty of times if the game is on your account, but not on your Xbox, perhaps, the game is simply available on Xbox or you have purchased the PC version by mistake.

    if you purchased the PC version by mistake, then, you can quickly get a refund and purchase the Xbox version.

    I managed to find the issue: My IP address, I am not in the US mainlad, so I asked my brother to login for me, and it worked just fine.
