    How can I get a refund on a game I purchased for pc by mistake? (Refund page stuck loading..)


    Greetings!
    I tried to buy "Halo: The Master Chief Collection" for my xbox one through browser, and even though I chose "xbox" as the console I wanted the digital copy on, the purchase that was registered was for PC

    Is there ANY way I could get a refund so I can buy the game on Xbox One instead, or transfer my game from PC to Xbox? (I did not download the game yet, so it's 0 minutes of playtime, and it's been exactly one hour since the purchase..)

    I tried the refund page:

    But it's been stuck for the last 30 minutes in the loading screen with the xbox logo...
