Thank you. As soon as I pick Hardware, I don't get an option to request a support call back. They wipe out my ability to select anything under the Contact Us option. I'll try your advice.

How if the s/n label says the console was manufactured on September 2017. The purchase date is October 2017. So I purchased my Xbox 20 months ago and I'm out of 24 months warranty?!

That's odd. Typically a retailer is your point of contact for a return. The only thing you can do through Xbox is submit it for a repair through the warranty. https://support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/warranty-service/getting-your-product-serviced

If OP used the warranty wouldnt they typically get a refurbished system back in most cases?

If they would then honestly if i were the OP id be pushing the retailer to do a return because i personally wouldnt want a refurb console in place of a brand new one that i just bought.

Hello SP_493, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your console.

According to this link https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/errors/erro... you've tried all the steps listed to try and get the console working again. If they keep failing then you would need to repair the console.

If your console is an older model (ie. Xbox One or Xbox One S) then you may want to check your local gaming store to see if they offer a repair service as your console may be out of warranty.

If the console is in warranty and you'd like to check on getting repair you can set it up at https://account.microsoft.com/devices. Once set up and you have received your shipping label you can pack up the console. Please be sure to pack only the console and nothing else as Xbox does not guarantee that extra items such as cables and controllers will be returned.
