Unfortunately USB headsets are not compatible on Xbox One and neither are Bluetooth headsets. To see what type of headsets are compatible on Xbox One, I recommend reading the following support article: Connect

i have a x box one s gears of wars limited edition console with the remote gears of war plug in that cable to controller and it still don't work

According to the user manual of the G935 headset, you connect the headset to the Xbox One controller via the headphone jack cable.

For wireless operation, the G935 uses the USB adapter that only works on PC. So on the console, you have the wireless connection between console and controller. But from controller to headset, you have a wired connection to the headset.

The wireless USB adapter that connects the headset to the PC doesn't work on the Xbox One.

I found "Tritton Warhead X360 7.1 Dolby Wireless Surround Headset" for 344$ at a Swedish website

The XO 7s are supposed to but if you are willing to spend at $100 more then you can get the 500 X Stealth Turtle Beaches which are the ones I have. They are completely wireless and support 7.1 surround sound.
