    How can I get a comment to Microsoft Jigsaw (XBox Live) PC app developers to notify of...


    Due to an 8/4 update of Microsoft Jigsaw app on XBox Live for PC many people (Link) are stuck by a minimum
    resolution set within the application that is so low the graphics are too large to play the game effectively. People do not understand how to fix this scenario for the game. I does not affect the rest of the PCs. It is basically a resolution setting within
    the app itself. I would like to notify the developer team, but cannot find anywhere to send in an email.

    Alternatively, does someone know how to modify the in-app resolution of an XBox Live app on a PC?

    Game freezing up constantly

    cant play jigsaw anymore. freezes and x's itself out. anybody know of another good jigsaw app game I can get. since, Microsoft doesn't seem to be interested in fixing these issues.

    Hi floppy7,

    For general troubleshooting I recommend restarting your PC in a
    clean boot state     to make sure all other programs are properly closed and then try connecting to Microsoft Jigsaw again once you sign back into the Xbox App.

    If you need further assistance I also suggest going over to the Microsoft Jigsaw community forum and Facebook group so you can ask other players like you for help.

    Not sure how it works, but is it not a case of these companies to approach xbox and make a application to develop an app, obviously it would also apply to Xbox approaching various companies to apply apps, but ultimately would Xbox be able to deny Spotify
    from developing an app? Would it not be seen as monopolising, i know Microsoft can't get away with computers, but can they get away with it on the Xbox one?
