How can I further contact Xbox after they denied my appeal?

I was found on Xbox due to my profile picture. I made sure to look over the picture before I used it and made sure that it did not violate any of the terms. Yet I was still banned, I sent in my appeal explaining that the picture had nothing of offensive content and yet they still denied it. Is there any other way I can contact Xbox further about this because it’s very annoying.

if you did not get this image from the Xbox store and supplied it yourself you're using copyrighted images without permission which is directly forbidden by the Xbox code of conduct

If you did not take the picture yourself, Unless you have written permission from the photographer or copyright holder or you can't use it

No. The enforcement team are the only ones who handle that and an appeal is the only way to contact them. If they denied it, then there is nothing else that can be done.

That’s kind of sad. When I get banned for something that didn’t even violate the terms it sucks

What was the image (don't post the actual image here)? I ask because at this point 2 people agreed it broke the rules somehow (the one who first reviewed whatever report got you suspended in the first place and the second person who did the case review and denied it)

It was a picture of Eric Hartman in a pilot uniform. I made sure it had no inappropriate symbols or anything of that nature but it was banned. He’s a super famous pilot and I used him specifically because he was a very good bf-109 pilot and that was mainly what I flew in the games. Again I made sure it had no bad symbols or anything but still
