How can I fix Tom Clancy Wildlands error 10011 (access denied) on startup?

I’ve tried all kinds of things online to fix this issue. I was literally okay playing 10minutes before this happened. Now it won’t let me open the game at all it just keeps giving me this error on PC xbox game pass. I think it’s confusing me with the 5 hour free to play version instead of the game pass version. Help I have the latest nvidia driver updated. I’ve also tried repairing and uninstalling easy anti cheat system; and uninstalling and reinstalling the game as well. No dice. It’s windows 10 updated version PC.

I had the wrong account attached to my Ubisoft. I also updated latest Nvidia driver and windows 11 update. I’m not sure which fixed it. I did repair easy anti cheat with a pc restart as a last step.
