    So, yesterday soundcloud was all good.

    Now everytime i turn on a song, it rapidly goes through each one without stopping?

    I've reinstalled, reset the console. Nothing.

    I'm unsure what you exactly mean with that every account get's locked, what exactly happens and is the console connected to Xbox Live?

    Unfortunately, there is no way to fix it. The game is region locked. In order to redeem it, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to be in a region where the game is available. Since Romania is not a supported region, the game is not available there.
