    How can i fix this?


    So recently a problem just happened whit my xbox private chat with my fiend. Everytime he send me a screenshot or vidéo it give me this message: "We can't find the item you're looking for, try again in a while, if you still can't find it, it may have been deleted.". And ive looked to all my settings and it should all work properly. I used to see them but it only affect me in his friend list. I am completely lost.

    Unfortunately, there is no way to fix it. The game is region locked. In order to redeem it, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to be in a region where the game is available. Since Romania is not a supported region, the game is not available there.
