    How can I fix this?


    Is anyone else having an issue with Minecraft Realms? I can play other multiplayer games but I can't on Minecraft. It just tells me "you cannot play realms because of how your Microsoft account is set up.". I have my settings on allow for everything. It didn't start it until I renewed my gold. I pay for realms plus every month and I'm hoping I'm not wasting my money and time.. I've had my account for 7+ years and never had this problem. Others are experiencing it too. I've contacted support but they can't help me. I went through 4 different people. Please help me.

    Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account.

    I'm unsure what you exactly mean with that every account get's locked, what exactly happens and is the console connected to Xbox Live?

    Unfortunately, there is no way to fix it. The game is region locked. In order to redeem it, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to be in a region where the game is available. Since Romania is not a supported region, the game is not available there.
