    my Xbox has been stuck on a screen that says "something went wrong" and I don't who what to do you fix it I have tried multiple times restarting my Xbox and the same screen keeps on appearing i have tried resetting my Xbox multiple times and still the same screen and I don't know what else to try can you help me please?

    Unfortunately, there is no way to fix it. The game is region locked. In order to redeem it, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to be in a region where the game is available. Since Romania is not a supported region, the game is not available there.
