    How can I fix this problem.


    I decided to try and download COD:BO3 (not for the first time) and every time that it goes to 46% specifically the installation stops and every time that I press resume it instantly stops again. Every time that I pressed resume it went up about 2 mbs and
    I can’t do that for a 70+ gb game.

    I’ve tried your trouble shooting techniques, (the ones where it stops at 0%) but nothing seems to work. I’ve tried to cancel the installation, took the disc out and put it back in and retried to download it but it stops again at exactly 46%.

    I have a problem I don´t know how to solve. I bought an xbox card of 25 euros. I bought also a gold subscription of 3 months. Everything would be ok with this, but when I try to join a group, it sends me to buy a new gold suscription and it says Group ERROR.

    I'm sorry you have this problem. Follow the instructions below for a solution.

    Sometimes a game crashing or starting issue can be caused by a temporary issue that may be fixed by simply exiting the game and restarting it. If the game is running, try exiting the home screen. This is the way:
    Press the Xbox  button on your controller to open the guide.

    Note Some crashes may prevent you from exiting the game. If you can't return to the home screen, skip to Step 3: Turn your console off and on.
    Select the game, press the Menu button  on your controller, and select Exit.
    Try restarting the game.

    If this step didn't work, continue with the next step.
    Try turning your Xbox console off and on. Turning it off and on completely resets the console. This does not mean that the games or the data they contain are deleted.
    Turn off the console by pressing the Xbox Button  on the front of the console for at least 10 seconds.
    Turn the console back on by pressing the Xbox Button  on the console or the Xbox Button  on the controller.

    Note If you don't see the green startup animation when you restart your console, repeat these steps. Press and hold the power button for at least 10 seconds until the console turns off completely.

    Once you have completed the steps above to turn your console off and on, try restarting the game.
    If this step didn't work, continue with the next step.
    If the Xbox console profile is causing the gaming issue, the game profile data may be corrupted. You can correct this problem by removing this profile from the console and downloading it again. To remove your profile:
    Press the Xbox  button to open the guide.
    Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

    Important Make sure you don't select Get a new account unless you really want to. If you select Get a new account, a completely new Microsoft account will be created.
    Follow the prompts as the console guides you through account setup steps, such as privacy information, sign-in, and color preferences, until you return to the Home screen.

    Once you've completed the process of recreating your profile on your Xbox console and returned to the home screen, try playing the title again.
    If this step did not solve the problem, continue with the next step.
