How can i fix this error?

I had this issue around a year ago. I could tell you all the 10 steps I followed to solve it, unfortunately what helped me to solved this was to restart my PC as it comes here:

First, make sure that you're signed in under the correct Microsoft account. Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services and once confirmed that your subscription is active kindly sign out on your Xbox App as well as Microsoft Store App and then quit both apps before signing back in.
