how can I fix this bug?

I'm Android 256gb phone used 90gb around, I have tried to reinstall, clear all data, reset all setting, but whenever I entered the game it still couldn't loads the (resources pack)? , all new map or server is the same.

please help me, thank you.

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

Please make sure that Xbox Live services are running smoothly. Kindly check it here: https://account.microsoft.com>; Services and subscription. Your Minecraft realms subscription should be active.

And then clear the cache for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store. On Windows, press Windows key + R, type wsreset.exe, and hit enter. This will clear the Microsoft Store cache. For the Xbox app, go to Settings > Apps > Xbox App > Advanced Options > Reset.

Next is to ensure that all Xbox services are running. To do this please go to Services on your PC and make sure the following services are set to Automatic and are running:

Xbox Live Auth Manager

Xbox Live Game Save

Xbox Live Networking Service

Then update drivers. Your graphics card and other drivers should be up to date.

And ensure that your Windows operating system and the games themselves are up to date as well.

Please select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update , and then select Check for updates.

If the issue persist kindly uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app. Go to Settings > Apps > Xbox App > Uninstall. Then, reinstall it from the Microsoft Store.
