    How can I fix the can’t play Xbox 360 games on my Xbox one issue?


    Recently I’ve been trying to play old Xbox 360 games on my Xbox one, but there aren’t any profiles for me to log on to, I tried “Download Profile” but it bugs out and crashes, it’s worth noting that I never actually played on the 360 originally however, I don’t think it matters. If anyone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated thanks!

    Weird. I don’t think many people play these Games on Xbox 360 anymore. Most of them are playing through the Xbox One emulators and probably don’t have this issue. There are literally only a handful of us that would have this problem because less than 100 people average play halo 4 per day. So I doubt they’ll fix it. I’m going to boot up my Xbox one and see if I can’t play it through there.

    On my xbox one if I play a 360 game it will ask me to sign in but it will stay on the signing in screen and never sign me in how can I fix this.

    Ok so I have never had Xbox live and my 360 is dead. So how do I get my profiles downloaded so I can play backwards compatible games on Xbox one ? I am connected to the internet but I can’t play things such as gears of war 2 and have local horde or multiplayer. This is all very frustrating.

    The issue actually occurs on the Xbox One and Xbox Series S|X consoles via BC as well it’s a server problem not my console. It really shouldn’t matter how old it is when the Xbox Live Subscription is still being sold to be used on the 360 and the games themselves are still being sold. It’s honestly pathetic they can’t fix this when they are literally the biggest tech company in the world.
