How can I fix my xbox app not launching?

Close the Xbox app completely and launch or install the Xbox Companion app, sign in with your account there, then open the Xbox app and see if that fixes the issue.

You've actually fixed it.

So here's what just happend:

* Went on xbox.com/play and tried to launch a game

* It said Network:Unsupported

* There was a a"Launch anyway" button - Pressed It

* It launched

* Now my xbox app no longer says region unsupported

I am in IT support so you can imagine I spent hours fiddling with the xbox app and my microsoft account and this worked... Brilliant

I had a similar issue before, here's how I fixed it : Create a new profile and then log in on Xbox, go to the store and download the app you need, then switch back to your original profile and go to your apps and games and launch the app.
