How can I fix my xbox 360 to download my xbox one profile.

I am having trouble trying to download my xbox one profile over to the xbox 360 black ops 2. I have been using the same account that I used for the xbox 360 and each time I try to load in and sign up it's says disconnected. So I deleted the profile and tried to reload it on and now its saying my password is incorrect and I should visit xbox.com/forgot . Nothings worked currently and I would really appreciate it if someone knows how I can fix this problem. Many thanks Connor

Also I have downloaded the black ops 2 disc onto my xbox one if that has to do with anything.

Just some addition information.

You don't need to concern yourself with an App password, it's not required to log into an Xbox 360 profile on an Xbox One. App passwords are only required on actual 360 consoles where the account has 2 step authentication enabled.

In addition to changing the password to something shorter, be weary of using special characters or spaces in your password, as the 360 emulator in the Xbox One/Series X|S has issues with these as well.

With regards to the Xbox 360 profile you have, did you recently changed your password or enabled 2 step verification on your account? This would work on Xbox one console but for Xbox 360 system, you will need a password that is less than 16 characters and if you have 2 step verification enabled, you will need to either disable it or create an app password.

In case you password is 16 characters above I suggest you change it to a much lesser one then try to login again on your Xbox 360 profile. For 2FA, you can create an app password via https://account.microsoft.com/security page by going to advance security options, scroll down below and create an app password.

You can then use the app password to login on Xbox 360, this is if you have 2FA enabled only.

Xbox Support was able to fix my profile. I'm now able to successfully download and sign into my Xbox 360 profile on my Xbox One X.

I attempted to sign in to my Xbox live account and got error code 8015190A, after reading online at Microsoft how to fix the error code which was delete profile and download the profile again I get the same error code and unable to download my profile again.
I worked online with customer support who had me clear the cache 3 times and I still get the same error code. I am at a loss on how to proceed with fixing this code so that I can use my Xbox 360.
