How can I fix my Minecraft?

In a nutshell I decided to make a new skin, I went to import it using the custom skin feature in Minecraft but unbeknownst to me my game crashed anytime I tried to open the “classic skins” option, I’ve tried my hand at removing skin packs that might’ve caused it to crash but to no prevail, is there anything I can do?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with Minecraft audio.

Apparently, only Minecraft has this issue. Some users have reported that using Razers surround sound 7.1 can interfere with the audio whether turned on or off. Apparently, removing it solves the problem.

If this is not the case for you, try the steps below:

Step 1

Windows 11:

Press Windows+i keys or open the Start Menu and click Settings > Accessibility > Audio > turn on the Mono Audio option.

Windows 10:

Press Windows+i keys or open the Start Menu and click Settings > Ease of Access > Audio > turn on the Mono Audio option.

Step 2

Open the Game Bar (Windows + G) and change The sound output from the surround sound speaker option to whatever your regular headphone output is.
