    How can I fix my computer console if I can even fix it at all?


    Recently my Xbox started acting extremely weirdly. When I would play a game the console would freeze for long periods of time not allowing me to open the menus or turn off the Xbox. To turn off the console I would have to turn it off from the console itself. To be able to use the Xbox and have it run somewhat normally I would have to completely factory reset it and even then the same problem would comeback after a few hours. Now I am completely unable to use the console. When trying to start the Xbox the “Preparing Console” screen would pop up and after a minute it would take me to the troubleshoot screen with a message on the screen saying “ Something went wrong” and “System Error: E102 …” Also when trying the start the Xbox, the console would make a constant clicking sound and it would also make a constant short beeping sound. What can I do?

    Sorry to hear about that. Since you've already tried to factory reset your console and the issue still comes back, we may need to perform an offline system update to refresh everything. In any case that we get the same result, the issue may be related to hardware and needed to be sent for a repair.

    Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account.

    I'm unsure what you exactly mean with that every account get's locked, what exactly happens and is the console connected to Xbox Live?

    Unfortunately, there is no way to fix it. The game is region locked. In order to redeem it, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to be in a region where the game is available. Since Romania is not a supported region, the game is not available there.
