    How can I fix it?


    I was a rank 37 prestige 2 but for some reason my rank reset but I still have most of the same stats and I still have the same same unlocked stuff for my weapons but can use some because it says I'm not a high of enough level. If you can help me please let

    How can I fix this?

    I sign into Xbox account and it gives me my payment options so I make sure it's up to date but it says its having problems buying or downloading the info... I tried all the solutions in the support page... What else can I do?

    Okay, first of all I recommend you
    Delete your Profile     (Profile ONLY, do not delete the contents etc...) and then once you have done that,

    Clear your System Cache     (3 times). Following that, download your profile (guide found in the first support link provided).

    Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account.

    I'm unsure what you exactly mean with that every account get's locked, what exactly happens and is the console connected to Xbox Live?

    Unfortunately, there is no way to fix it. The game is region locked. In order to redeem it, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to be in a region where the game is available. Since Romania is not a supported region, the game is not available there.
