Step 1: Restart your Xbox and network devices

Sometimes, restarting your Xbox and network devices can help resolve connection issues. To do this, follow these steps:



1. Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller to open the power center.

2. Select "Restart console" and confirm.

3. Unplug your modem and router from the power source.

4. Wait for 30 seconds, then plug them back in.
