How can I find the link to Live Chat for Xbox support?

I posted a thread about needing to change regions, but I get an error when trying that.

I figure this can't be solved through the forums & will have to contact MS directly.

Now the question is HOW?

I spent over an hour rummaging through link after link after link & found absolutely nadda on finding a link to live chat.

I even search google for a hour as well & only found outdated links to xbox.com pages.

HELP.

Xbox Live Message question

Update: Can I ask how you managed to grab a link to the profile? If you could also send me a copy of the link over in PM? I can't seem to find one that links to the 'Xbox Live' profile.

Start here: Contact Us | Xbox Support. As an
example: I clicked My Account. Under the categories that popped up, I clicked "SETTINGS" under "Microsoft Account." It brings up links in Step 2, but if you scroll further, you'll see Step 3, which has "Chat With Microsoft Support" as the first
option and "Request a Call from Support" as the second one. Just click the appropriate links that relate to your issue. (And I'd like to note that the call request option doesn't pop up for every selection you make.)
