How can I find someone who changed their name?

A few years ago I was playing with my friend when I accidentally blocked him, I unblocked him and continued playing but we forgot to each other back. I was confused a little and was wondering why we stopped playing with each other. I then went to search
for his username but he changed it. We never messaged each other we only used party chat. I can now not find his new name, therefore, I came on to here to ask if there was a way that I could find his name especially since our two mutual friends also change
their names.

I personally don't like the option to change names on these social platforms. I find it hard to keep track of who is who when you have people constantly changing their names all the time. You play with someone for a few years and then next thing you know
you have some random name in your list and you can't always figure out who they were before.

How can you abuse a free name change? If M$ is making me change it and they don't want to address the problem and allow me to make a similar name then that is on them not me. Someone realized that there was a whole new profit base to be had by changing this
policy. You can hide behind terms like people were abusing the name change but the fact is M$ now gets $10 ever time they ban a name. So instead of making it impossible to use a variation of that banned name they just charge you $10 then you can go right back
to a similar name. M$ makes money I keep a similar name everyone wins till the next soccer mom sees her son who shouldn't be playing an adult rated game in a room with that offensive name. Then the cycle repeats. I bet M$ forces hundreds of changes a day.

I know I am speaking to a wall here because anyone who is in a position to respond to this has drunk the M$ Green Kool Aid but hell its a fun exercise in Free speech anyhow.

I would like to see a response from someone who actually investigates these I just cant believe that every complaint is investigated.

Personally I find the term Major Nelson offensive. I hated I dream of Jeanie!

lol i just seen this an the whole reason i came was because i was not granted the free name change it forced this stupid name on me an wanted me to pay £6.79 it did not give me the 1 time free name change so because someone dislikes or reports my name someone
can change it lol i like bacon to but cant have it on my subway
(edited for language) how ever the person who is deeming this as a violation of the code of conduct is in fact a racists for thinking that way an is taking away my freedom of speech

Still I'm getting the same error. It's not only me who getting the same error!!! I read someone said:

Change the file name "WpSystem" to "WpSystem.old". Where can I find this file?

I'm thinking to keep the game file and try to install it again from steam. To see what could happen.
