    How can i find out WHY i have been banned and for how long is my ban.


    Hi, the email address you emailed me at was *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** stating that my sons xbox account has been suspended his gamer tag is Teh Exotic, firstly im his mum and im trying to establish WHY his account has been banned, and secondly i purchased xbox live gold
    membership for him for xmas which he put onto his account at xmas so he still has at least 11 months live left, which i had purchased for him.

    I shall look forward to recieving a reply regarding this incident.
