How can i find out when was a code redeemed ?

You'll need to check in with the chat or phone teams for a closer look. They may be able to help, but there isn't a guarantee. Did you check on your account to see if the code actually redeemed even though it gave you an error?

May I know who is supposed to use that gift card? You can actually enter it on https://redeem.microsoft.com/ to check if it's still valid or not. If it's redeemed already, it will tell you that it's been used.

I have tried https://redeem.microsoft.com/ which advised that the gift card had been redeemed.

But it did not answer my question.

The recipient of this gift card was Alicia Scott who reported that it had already been redeemed before she received it .

Most likely, you were signed in to a different account when you redeemed the code. It would be best for you to contact Support so that you can work with them in finding out which account your code was redeemed to.
