How can i find out when i bought Minecraft?

Before Microsoft bought Mojang, you used to be able to see billing history on your Mojang account.

Now that information is no longer there and the Mojang support, when i asked for this information, told me:

"Kindly note that if you require more specific information regarding your account, I suggest you reach out to Microsoft support. Once an account is tied to a Microsoft account, all the information regarding such account becomes available on their support systmems.

We can't provide you the information you are requesting. We are not allowed to reveal any personal information associated to anyone's account, including the creation or purchase date. "

The Microsoft support flow kind of sucks so i was not able to simply open a ticket for this. I believe i have a right to this information as per GDPR but i hope that there is an easier way to find this out without having to request my data.

Hi, did u solve it? I am really curious but i don't know where to see when i bought minecraft. I bought it around 2011(?) Should i make a ticket to microsoft?

Hi, i dont believe that purchases made via Mojang before it was aquired by Microsoft are ever listed there. At least in my case there is nothing listed before 2018. So i guess a support ticket to get the information that way is probably the only way

Select Payment & Billing>Order History, then under Refine, select the order and date range you want.
Look for charges with a status of Completed or Redeemed.
