i have a problem someone stole my xbox but i still have access to my account through the internet on computer of course how do i download evrything that i lost to my new xb ox consule and how do i know that the other person that stole my old counsol is not

Sorry to hear your console was stolen. I hope you contacted the police as they can work with Microsoft to trace the IP of the console.

In the meantime you can remotely remove your password from the console by following the instructions at this link.

You would need to file a report with your local police and they would need to contact Microsoft for help tracking it down.
