How can I find my Fallout 3 redeemable code??

I know it's been a few months since I purchased Fallout 4 on November 14, 2015 and so received a redeemable code through the promotion of getting access to Fallout 3 as well. However, the message with the code disappeared before I redeemed it. Is there anyway
I can get the code back?? I've never played Fallout 3 and really want to try it out after how much I enjoyed Fallout 4. If anyone could help that would be amazing! Thanks so much for your time and help.

I went to download fallout 3 using my redeemable code and it had vanished!

i pre-ordered fallout 4 on the digital store and received a redeemable code for fallout 3. I decided to wait until backwards compatibility is released but now that im looking for it, i cant find it. Did the message with the code get deleted? If it did,
is there a way to get it back?

Who sent you the code? Was it by xbox live message from Microsoft? If so - contact them here:
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

They may be able to track the code they gave you and give you it again.

If it was from someone else such as the game publisher you'll need to contact them.
