How can I exchange a digital purchase for a physical disk

I bought an Xbox One for my kids about a year ago. It included Jedi Fallen Order, but unbeknownst to me it was for a digital copy. Well where we live, we don't have access to Wifi - only Cellular. So for us to try to download a 43GB game via mobile hotspot
is not even remotely feasible. How can I exchange my digital copy for a physical copy or at least get some credit towards a physical copy purchase?

Unfortunately it can't be exchanged. You would just have to purchase a disc.

At this present moment in time, there is no exchange for physical disk to digital codes.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are wanting to exchange a disk. Unfortunately, there is no way to exchange a disk for a digital copy of a game. You would either need to purchase another disk of the game, or the digital version.

It means that those games are not available for digital purchase. They can only be played via the physical disk at the moment.

You have to have the physical Disk if you don't buy the digital version of the game.

If it does it again I would do a Power Cycle and see if that helps.

If you are still having problems I would check with the store you purchased it from. You might need to exchange the disk.
