    How can i escalate a complaint?


    I have been awaiting a refund for over 3 months. They say it has been approved but it never turns up and I just getting a different excuse each time. I have rang, emailed and even sent letters every week for 3 months.

    There must be someone to contact to sort this out?

    This usually is solved directly with Support, okay? Live chat or Requesting a Call. If it has been 3 months, they should help you. You can contact them on this link:

    The problem choice you choose on the Support link might not give you access to Request a Call or Live Chat, and in this case, try selecting other problems ( even if does not match the issue you are facing ) because what is important here is for you to contact Support. So do this until the contact options appear, okay? Here in the community, we have no access to account/billing information.

    Thanks so much for replying and providing more details. Since this issue is concerning purchases you've tried to make via the Microsoft Store, then you would definitely need to use the link I provided before to contact them to see what they can do to assist
    you.

    Here on the forums we do not have the tools to do so. Your best bet is to get in touch with the Microsoft Store Support personnel who can assist you more fully. I do apologize if you have had a frustrating experience with them at a prior time; however, if
    you do contact them again, I'm sure you will reach a different agent and can be assisted in the correct manner to resolve your issue.

    I need to go higher. I tried to purchase 2 xbox bundles AND games and only one order went through.

    Tried numerous times and 3 different debit cards which all have planty of money and your server was screwed up

    i ordered one for myself and one for my son in another state

    now they wont honor the deal because their telling me i waited to long to contacvt them.

    well people DO WORK and i tried to call customer sopprt 5 times and sat on phone all night only to be ignored

    I wanna talk to president of sales force.
