How can I email xbox support or submit a support ticket?

Support does not use email. You would need to request a call back or chat with them at http://spport.xbox.com/contact-us

Since you tried all the steps mentioned above to no avail, you can submit a support ticket following the steps listed here: https://support.halowaypoint.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036218972-How-to-Submit-a-Halo-Support-Ticket so the issue gets looked into.

Also, you can also submit a refund request and retry.

I submit tickets.

Then receive the autogenerated stating they have it.
Then an email stating it has been given to a rep.

Then an email from that rep stating:

We haven't heard from you for a few days so I am closing this ticket.....

That is how MS Support treats me when asking questions about rewards points.
