How can I download and install NBA 2019 if I have a code already

If you already redeemed the code months ago, it should be listed in your Games and Apps either already installed or in your Full Library as ready to install. Try installing it from there.

thank you very much for your response. I did what you suggest me .... but I had a message told me that this code has been already use it and I cannot go further. ..

A few months ago, I try to install the game but it didn't work and I didn't know what to do, so I desinstall the game ... Maybe that why I got this message . But now what can I do ???

You can redeem the code at http://redeem.microsoft.com or on the console:

1. Sign in to your Xbox console (make sure you’re signed in with the Microsoft account you want to redeem the code with).
   
2. From the Home screen, select and open the Store app. (If the Store app is not displayed, go to My games & apps, select Apps, and select the Store app from there.)
   
3. In the Store app, move the cursor left or press the View button  on the controller to open the side menu.
   
4. From that menu, select Redeem.
   
5. Enter 25-character code, and then follow the prompts. Don’t worry about hyphens, the system takes care of those for you.

I too am wondering how to download and install patches for games...i have the digital versions of NBA 2k14 and BF4, both of which have had patches released. How do I download and install these patches? Or how do i confirm whether or not the patches have
been automatically downloaded and installed? My xbox one has Instant-On mode enabled.
