How can I dispute my refund that was denied

On new year's eve going into the new year, my son made more then several purchases on Fortnite from MY Xbox account without my permission. I received the refunds for those purchases and I removed my card information from the console all together. On Feb 12th going into the 13th, he waited for me to fall asleep and took my card from my wallet and did it again but on a different game on our system. Once I found out later that day I requested another set of more than several refunds and was denied because I have reached my limit of refunds for the year. I ended up going to jail for not having the money he spent to pay on my traffic tickets. I've never been in trouble until now. All because I couldn't get a refund on the money I was saving to pay my tickets. How can I now dispute a denied refund and maybe request compensated for the trouble a denied refund caused?

I apologize but just a friendly reminder that for refund concerns there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the refund team. There is no direct contact with them, only by submitting a refund request and by replying to their email (refund request confirmation and refund decision). To help you, I would recommend replying to their email.

Unfortunately the only way to appeal to a refund denial is replying to the email sent by the refund team :c

Just to confirm, is this the refund for that you sent?

The other option is dispute the charge with your bank directly, but keep in mind that this can be have consequences in the future with your Microsoft account (I personally don't recommend that, but if you really need the money back. That's an option)

2nd request was also denied. Very disappointed that Microsoft/Xbox makes it impossible to dispute this.

Hi Josef, thanks for the reply. I was talking to another rep today and when I gave them the request number they said it's closed and I should submit another refund request.

I thought about charge-back too but I want to follow Microsoft's process before I resort to it. Let's see how they respond to the 2nd request. Either way extremely frustrating.
