    How can I disable the word filter on the xbox pc app?


    So I was playing this game and all of a sudden some of the player names and chat messages started getting censored as " **** " , I asked around and apparently this is a feature from the MS store, how can I disable it?

    I did the same thing with Dead By Daylight and cross progression isn't in their plans for now unfortunately....

    Hi, I have the same problem and I don’t think you understood the situation. So, while we play on any Microsoft Store games (so on PC), certain names becomes censored when playing online and in-game chat becomes unreadable because one message can become fully censored. Please I’d like a way to turn it off because otherwise I can’t understand informations given to me by my teammates. Thanks.

    The weird thing about this new censoring system is that when I contacted official Microsoft support about it, they had zero clue on what I was talking about, this whole thing is all very confusing. One thing's for sure though once they add cross progression to my game I'm moving to steam in a heartbeat, little annoyances like this have been happening ever since I made the mistake of playing my game through the game pass a year ago instead of just spending a few more euros and buying it on steam
