Please be aware that there is some needed maintenance going on with our services, so we're going to give you the best option for requesting a chat at this time.

From the MS Contact page here https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/, click on Contact support in the browser instead & type the following into the virtual agent chat:

Chat > when it asks you to select your product, choose Xbox > Select your issue, choose Payments & purchases

You should see the option for a chat & we strongly recommend you select it. We tried this out & the chat option is still there, and they'll be able to help you with getting everything set up.

About your issue with FIFA 23 Ultimate, the transaction appears in your Microsoft account order history with status completed?

And about the game pass subscriptions, do you want to cancel two subscriptions and use just one?
If that’s the case, you can do it signing with the account that owns each subscription here:
https://account.microsoft.com/services > once there select manage subscription > cancel

If you’re not able to see the cancel option you can turn off recurring billing. In that way the next month the subscription is going to be cancelled automatically

I'm just going to go ahead and chalk this one up as a fake/scam website.

Hi,

I've tried the contact us tool, and then selected the request a call back button and when I add my mobile number I get the message something went wrong. I did also try my work number, which did work, but when pressing one to be connected it didn't respond and just went through the option cycle before cutting me off. Asking the VA to talk to agent only gives me the same option and again doesn't recongnise a mobile number, so can I only get help on a landline?

My issue is I preordered Fifa 23 Ultimate edition, was charged for Ultimate edition, but can only download the standard edition. If I go to the store, Ultimate has a price against it.

Also have an issue that I appear to be paying for 3 Game Pass memberships. There are four Xboxes in the house, which should be set up to game share, but I don't think it's working if I'm paying for 3!
