How can I contact XBOX LIVE to switch my XBOX LIVE GOLD from one account to another one

I spent a few hours but just could not find a solution.

One month ago, by accident, I bought XBOX LIVE GOLD with a different account for my son after he told me his account was due.

My son and I did not check after that.

Today, my son told me his account still not work, when I login the xbox live online, I found I have a overdue warning due to auto-renewal with a expired credit card associated with the account, to be honest, when I realised the auto-renewal was on, I switched
it off last year, I have no idea why I still have overdue payment.

When I checked my another XBOX LIVE account, I found I paid one year's XBOX LIVE GOLD, and no one plays with this account.

My question is: how can I contact XBOX LIVE to help me to switch live gold from one account to another? How to cancel my overdue payment?

your Xbox subscription is suspended due to a
past due balance, you must pay the balance in full to continue using it. Here’s how to pay your past due balance online:

1. Sign in to your Services & subscriptions page with your Microsoft account.
   
   Note If you don't know your Microsoft account email address or password, use the
   
   Lost Account Solution or the
   Lost Password Solution.
   
2. Find your past due subscription in the list. The amount past due will be in red.
   
3. Select Pay now, and then follow the instructions to pay the balance due.
   
4. Note Adding a prepaid code will not settle the balance you owe. You need to settle the outstanding balance using the steps above before redeeming your prepaid code.
