How can I contact the refund team directly?

Right now I am in a bit of a situation because I was letting my little sister use my xbox account since it was the only account on my xbox that had xbox live. She wanted the new 'NHL 20' game and I said no because it was $99, what I didn't realise was that
she went behind my back and bought it using my credit card that was attatched to my Xbox account. I admit that I probably should of had a passkey on all purchases but at the time I didn't think about it and also didn't think I would need it.

So two days later I checked my bank statement and realised that she had bought the game and I was very annoyed with her for doing so, I told my Mum and she took the xbox away as a punishment (I had a busy working schedule so I didn't really have much time
anyway). I requested a refund and waited two days only to be denied a refund. I responded to the email and the case re-opened and then called a microsoft support member from another team because the refund team didn't have any possible ways to contact them
(Not suprised). He showed sympathy and understood what was happening and told me that the refund team would send me more information and maybe even give me a refund, I put some hope into them and waited another day. Then I got another email saying that they
won't give me a refund.

Their reasoning was that 'The game was used so we can't refund it'. I don't understand how I could of possibly known she had bought it before she could get the chance to play the game and it's also a copy of software, it isn't a physical game so I don't
see how it could be any type of loss to Xbox. I don't see their reeasoning to why it can't be refunded. I then started trying to contact them again, I tried many times using the 'talk to an agent' option but every time I would end up waiting for hours and
then no one would end up talking to me. I can see that the reason this is happening is because of the price and that the refund team is too cheap to give me a refund, I am confident that none of this would of happened if it was a $5 game. So to finish this
off, that is why I wan't to contact them directly (maybe even their boss) and discuss why they aren't giving me a refund and to see if I could work something out with them. Overall I am very agitated with this situation and I wan't to stay a customer to xbox
since they have been my go-to game console since I was a child.
