    How can I contact an Xbox representative?


    I recently found a website that claims, for a fee, they can get an individual work play testing games, watching game videos and taking surveys. The grammar on the page is terrible and it seems like a scam. They list Xbox.com, among a very small list of
    other companies, as a place they get some of these jobs from.

    My question is, how do I contact an Xbox representative to a) find out if they do work with this website and/or b) to report a website that may be using the Xbox name without permission?

    If you're not seeing the options to request a call back or chat with support, change the category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works.
