How can I contact a real support for XBox?

Hello,

I seem to be getting e-mail subscriptions from someone elses XBox account.

Almost every day I receive an e-mail stating that items on my wishlist are on sale, but I never did put anything to my wishlist. Moreover I did go to XBox account page and checked the wishlist for account that is bound to my e-mail and the list is empty.

Furthermore, in the past I did receive quite a few e-mails about "Your xbox subscription is about to expire" and just thought that it was some sort of spam.

It seems that someone else used my e-mail for his/her XBox account and I keep getting their e-mail notifications.

I did try XBox Contact Us page but it seems to be practically useless in my case as knowledgebase and virtual helpers can not help in my case and there is no option to use some sort of chat/e-mail/contact support.

You would need to request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us. If you don't see those options, change the category/topic until you do.

Smwutches, thank you for your reply.
I did try multiple categories and still had no luck with web chat. Could you please tell me which category has this option as going back and forth through all of those categories is somewhat cumbersome.

Just to add, submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. Phone support does not handle enforcement issues.
