    How can I contact a Microsoft agent in regards to a Warranty issue for an Elite series 2...


    Hi there,

    I've been doing circles trying to get someone to help me. I purchased a Series 2 controller in January of this year and I added the 3yr warranty. I sent it in for repair and got a new controller back in late October. When I look at the warranty for the controller
    it expires in March 2021. Wouldn't I still have my original 3yr warranty that I purchased seeing as how Microsoft extended their warranty to one full year?

    I cannot seem to connect to the right department to help me and I do not have a number for a callback. It's so much harder to get help now via the online systems. I have a reference number for my issue and I live in Canada.

    P.S

    I'd also like to add the 3yr warranty to my newly purchased Series X console.
