    How can i contact a human representative?


    My father forgot the password to his Microsoft/Xbox account. He is an older gentleman so this stuff happens.

    His xbox crashed and demanded to be hard reset which appears to be the first time he logged out in literally years. I have completed 4 recovery forms with Card info and name addresses etc. But they are immediately denied, he has all the details etc. he isn’t pretending, but help is just met with a circular rabbit hole of robots.

    He has spent likely £1000’s on his account while bedridden for medical reasons so, the loss of access to said account is stressing and upsetting him greatly.

    Assistance in this matter would be appreciated, i have been trying for over 2 days now and he’s currently using my account so he can play games and stream video. (Which makes it difficult for me also then haha)

    If you're not seeing the options to request a call back or chat with support, change the category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works.
