How can i connect to my console?

Hi,

i have an xbox 360 connected to my TV. I'm only using it to go on Twitch and watch Livestreams. I have no more controllers so i downloaded xbox smart glass for my xbox 360. Everything worked until my xbox wanted to do a update. If you want to connect to
your xbox 360 the xbox must be conncted to xbox live which i cant do because the update appears always first. So i cant connect it to xbox smart glass to accept the update and i have no controller either. Do you guys have any Idea what to do or can you do
some magic that the update disappears because i dont need that since im only using twitch and youtube on it.

How can i connect my Gamertag to my EA account?

The reason why i ask is that when i try to log in to Battlelog i get a error saying "Buy battlefield". So i connected EA support and asked what was wrong, and they said that my gamertag had another email then the one i tried to log in with. Is there a way
i can change the Gamertag email? because my xbox Live account email is the right one. so i am a little confused. I hope you can help

360 controller on computer.

i can connect my controller to my computer and i have the driver installed. i need to know how or if i can connect my keypad(chatpad).

Hey there Tortilyas,

Unfortunately you will need a controller to accept the update and reconnect to Xbox Live. There isn't a way to bypass the update and still be able to connect to Xbox Live. You could do the update offline, but you'll still need a controller to process the
update on the console. We'd suggest seeing you you can borrow an Xbox 360 controller from a friend or family member to do the update and then return it after.

Dear Francia J.,

One more question. I did a hard reset on my network, and with a ethernet cabel I succesfully connected my Xbox to my PC Xbox Companion. However, if I click on Stream, I got a message: "To continue, login to your console using this account."

I don't know what's the problem, I'm always logged in, and I guess I should use my TV to log in succesfully. Any method to do it on my laptop?

Both Xbox console and Laptop have HDMI output which means that it needs an HDMI input that can be found with TV’s and monitors.
