How can I connect to EA servers and play online game?

I can't play online games with my Xbox series s. Whenever I try, "can't connect to EA Games Server..." Sign appears. I've tried hard to overcome:resetted console, hard turned off, resetted modem,diagnosed the network. Everything was Ok ,but I still can't play online games.I have gamepass ultimate account. Pls help.

Hi Mehmet!

Sorry to hear about the issue. Based on the error message, it's possible that the issue is from EA's side or their server.

To isolate the issue, could you please run or launch a game that's not from EA if you're able to play online just fine?

[/quote]I can play Mass Effect 3 when there is no internet connection. Origin should go into offline mode when there is no connection.

The real question is can anyone connect to the EA servers without getting disconnected?
