    Hey Danz

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are requesting a refund for an item you purchased accidentally on the wrong account.

    I would have to direct you to
    request a refund     for the item that you purchased, as the refund procedure has all become part of a self-service option now.

    In order to request this refund, you will need to be under the account that purchased it, so make sure you do have that info in hand.
