How can i change my main console if the 3 remain times was used?

How can i change my main console, i tried to do it but i apparently we only have 3 opportunities at year. I used to play in two consoles but not any more.

So do i need to wait for a complete year before to change this setting??? Or can i ask for help to the support team???

I sold the second console so use the second one is not an option anymore

Issues with home xbox

I'm trying to switch my home xbox back to my main account but it won't let me. I would understand if I used all 3 changes but I've only used 1. When I go to change it it says I still have 2 changes but when I try it tells me it can only be changed 3 times
a year. If anyone can help it would be appreciated.

Uninstall the game completely and reinstall it from the disk, if you can check the disk in another xbox to check that it is not grated and check your internet connection in case there is any problem with the updates

You can change your main Xbox console a maximum of five times in a year. This period works continuously from the first time you change your main Xbox console. If you reach the limit of changes of the main console of the year, you will get a message that
will inform you of the next date on which you can change it.

When major consoles are changed, all device licenses for digital content will move to the new main Xbox. These device licenses will no longer be available on your previous main Xbox.

1. You can use all the time just for him if you like. If it's a 48 hour trial it will not show as gold and you can only use one at a time

2. He will not have to change his gamertag if he joins live

3. If this is a new console and his account is one of the first 3 on the console, there is a 1 month gold membership available for joining live (this can be used once only)

4. If he is under 18 he cannot join the rewards program

5. You can set up the console with a family timer and family settings but other than that, the best way is to keep track of what he is playing and when

6. Have you considered signing up for the family gold pack? You get 4 memberships for $99. If you have gold now the remaining time on that will be credited to the cost. As the main account holder you can give MS Point allowances to the other accounts
and keep track of their gaming habits.

Yes, we can use the "home xbox" feature for that. We only need to use 1 main account to buy everything with. After that we will take that account to the remaining xbox and set it to home xbox

Withe the main account on the remaining Xbox:

Press the Xbox button  on your controller to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

Do either of the following to change the status of your console:

To make this your home Xbox, select Make this my home Xbox.

This will automatically share the games and suscriptions bought on the main account with the second Xbox

This link will show you how to change the sign in email address on the account. That will free up your main
email address for the account you want to use it on.

As for deleting the account, that can not be done, as the gamertag remains on the Xbox servers.

I was the same, it was my main game, contact Microsoft and they will replace your console, I’ve not had a single event since it’s been changed, mine took only 3 days from the time I returned mine to the time it came back, really fast
